三枝寛子
山梨県甲府市、1978年生まれ。
3歳から色鉛筆でぬりえを始め、12歳で油絵を始める。 母が洋裁をしていた為、ファッションに興味を持ちはじめ、あらゆる雑誌を読む。雑誌広告のグラフィックデザインに刺激を受ける。
16歳、カナダに短期研修。英文の広告に魅力を感じ、日本国外のグラフィックについて学びはじめる。 18歳、東洋美術学校視覚伝達デザイン4年制科入学。
在学中、海外でのアーチスト活動を望んでいたため英語学校に通い出し、費用稼ぎのため友人の紹介でクラブのフライヤーデザインや広告会社でのアルバイトをし始める。
21歳、京橋ギャラリーでのグループ展がきっかけでビジネスホテルの内装を依頼され、ベルギーに渡る。帰国後、デザイン会社に勤務。 24歳、ロンドン芸術大学セントラル・セント・マーチンズ美術学校グラフィックデザイン科合格。英渡。ミュージシャンに出逢いステージ衣装、グラフィックデザインを手掛ける。ファッションショーに行った時、風に揺れる生地プリントを見て刺激をうける。「動くグラフィックデザイン」の展開をはじめる。
帰国後、海外での展示を中心に壁画アートや様々なグラフィックに携わる。
現在、グラフィックテキスタイルデザイナーで活動中。

Birth : 1978
1996-2000 Toyo Institute of Art & Design, Tokyo, Japan Diploma in
visual communication design 2003 The London Institute, London, England
PASS = Central Saints Martins Art & Design College Started colouring
with coloured pencils at 3 and oil painting at 12. Has had various
works such as still-life and landscape paintings. Around the same
time, influenced by mother who used to do dressmaking and began to
get interested in fashion and read any and all magazines.Gradually,
gained inspiration from graphic designs of magazine advertisings.
At 16, joined a short-term course in Canada and fascinated by English
advertisings and started learning foreign graphics. After finishing
high school, did visual communication design for 4 years at Toyo Institute
of Art & Design. Around the same time as being at the art school,
also went to an English language school to prepare for working overseas
as an artist. To save money to go abroad, did flier designs for clubs
introduced by friends and worked part-time at an advertising company.
At 21, the group exhibition at Tokyo Kyobashi Gallery led to the work
to do interior design of the guest rooms at the hotel so went over
to Belgium. After coming back, got a job in a design company. At 24,
gained admission to a graphic design course at Central Saints Martins
Art & Design College of the London Institute and went over to the
UK. Through an encounter with a musician, undertook stage costumes
and graphic designs. Fascinated by the print of texture waving in
the wind at a fashion show and began to involve into Flapping graphic
designﾓ. After returning home, engaged in mural painting arts and
various graphic focusing on exhibitions overseas. Working as a graphic
textile designer at present.
